As many of you know adaptive or back-open clothing is GST exempt...did you also know that in some provinces adaptive wear is also PST exempt (check with your provincial government). The exemption rule (Canada Revenue Agency) requires the signature of a doctor before this exemption may be granted. We have a link on our Features Page that will allow you to download and print our exemption form. This form, once signed by the doctor and presented to us (either in person or via fax), will then allow us to exempt you from one or both taxes.THIS APPLIES TO ADAPTIVE OR BACK-OPEN PRODUCTS ONLY.
